I fear that with this latest news from Apple, I may not be able to resist the temptation to buy a Mac anymore. I've felt for a while that Apple creates products with a certain "sexy-ness" factor to them. The only preventing factor to date for me when thinking about purchasing a Mac has been that all my development at work takes place on a solely Windows platform.

Well, it appears that this is no longer an issue. Oh great. I guess I should start saving up now for the money I'm going to blow :).

yup, someone at Apple finally realized that Apple doesn't control the market, and that someone that uses Mac probably still needs to use Windows, I think this will increase their sales quite a bunch... now, if I can only run Vista when it comes out...

Ditto. In fact, while I'm saving up my pennies to buy a Mac, perhaps it is finally time to purchase some of their stock.

Actually, I take that back. I think I'll wait until high definition DVD-ROM drives are standard in the Apple... that way I won't have to throw out whichever one I get to upgrade.
